3 Day: What was I thinking?
3 day returns are for those of you who purchased an item and completely regretted it upon seeing it (happens). Once you have contacted us within three days of your purchase, you have the option of getting a full refund via a store gift certificate credit, or a refund back to your original form of payment, less return shipping costs. In either case, the materials will need to be picked up in their original packaging.
30 Day: Dud plant(s)?
30 day returns assume that plants have fallen ill, and can no longer survive. Please contact us within 30 days and inform us of the plants which you need assistance with. If available, you will have the option of free plant replacement (including shipping) or a refund of your money via store gift certificate credit.
1 Year!
A 1 year direct replacement plant warranty is given to plants sold to the Garden My Home regularly scheduled gardening clients.
